2021
For the 2021 Fedrigoni 365 calendar project, which celebrated community and togetherness, over 1,000 participants were invited. To foster unique and diverse interpretations, the brief differed from past editions.
Instead of focusing on a specific date, I was assigned the number 23 and a seed word—STACK. This seed word, provided solely for creative inspiration and not intended to appear in the design, encouraged unique interpretations of the assigned number.
All designs were randomly selected and assigned to a date using variable data software, ensuring each calendar was entirely unique. The algorithm evenly distributed designs across the entire collection.
Fedrigoni 365 2021 was digitally printed on Ricoh Pro C7200 on Freelife Vellum Premium White 120gsm. Strict adherence to the artwork specifications was crucial.
2025
I was selected (for the second time) to contribute to the 2025 Fedrigoni 365 edition, which explored the theme of 'opposites' through daily design juxtapositions in two volumes housed in a slipcase. My submission for March 6th used the seed word—SUBJECTIVE, produced at 103x103mm, in a single colour (PANTONE+ Solid Uncoated 877U).
This design, along with the work of 700 other creatives, was showcased at the Crafts Council, London, during the launch event in November 2024.
The 'Dark' volume inners were printed on Woodstock Nero 140gsm, Sirio Color Black 140gsm, Nettuno Nero 140gsm, Materica Ardesia 120gsm, Ispira Nero Mistero 150gsm, Freelife Mérida Graphite 140gsm, Sirio Ultra Black 185gsm, Sirio Color Rough Black 115gsm, Tintoretto Ceylon Black Pepper 140gsm, Sirio Pearl Coal Mine 125gsm, Freelife Cento Black 170gsm, Sirio Color Antracite 140gsm and Savile Row Tweed Dark Grey 200gsm. Covers were printed on Imitlin Allpack Nero E/R05 Tela 350gsm.
